When a reservation is made by the client with a property or hotel room supplied by one of our affiliates the booking contract is between the client and the affiliated company and the booking is governed by their terms and conditions of booking details of which will be made available from the company concerned.
2) Owner OR Private Agent (authorised by the property owner to act on their behalf and process their bookings). When Spainsaver.com acts as an intermediate between the property owner/agent and the client then spainsaver acts totally independantly and not on behalf of either the client or the owner/agent.The booking is not reserved or confirmed until the deposit has beed received from the Client.The booking contract is between the owner or agent and the client and is governed by their terms and conditions. Spainsaver.com operate as an intermediate website and all properties advertised on the site are subject to availability the owner may in extrordinary circumstances offer alternative accommodation (Which will be of the same or a higher standard), In the event of a complaint or disagreement between the client and the owner/agent, Spainsaver.com will do everything in their power to help resolve the issue, including disclosure of the name, adress and contact details of the property owner/ manager but can accept no liability if the owner does not fully comply with the terms and conditions of their booking..In certain circumstances facilities and services may not always be available due to circumstances outside spainsavers control and any compensation claims for lack of services or facilities must be made directly to the property owners or authorised manager.
