MARKETS & SHOPPING. Torremolinos Has everything you need in terms of shops, Food, drink, fresh produce, designer goods and clothes and more than its fair share of "TAT!" . There are lots of "desde" shops in town where you can buy anything from a safety pin to a Microwave oven.There is a very large Car boot market held every Sunday at The top of the town by the Bull Ring, (Just follow the crowds up the hill through the old part of town), The Towns Municipal Market is held on Thursday in the same location . In terms of supermarkets There is a very large HiperSol situated at the top of town which stocks some UK foods, There are numerous other large supermarkets all over town.The Calle San Miguel(and surrounding streets) are the main shopping areas of town. There is also the San Miguel shopping centre, an underground shopping mall and supermarket situated by the bus stop on the main street in Torremolinos Avd Palma de Mallorca, For those who need to shop late there is an Opencor shop just up the hill from the fountain roundabout by La Nogalera which is open untill at least 2.00am (Alcohol can only be bought before 10,00 pm , or the supermarket Noche Dia (night & day) slightly pricy but as the name implies open 24/7, this is situated by the main bus station by Congresso apartments (Area can be a bit dodgy late at night so be carefull) ther is also a 24/ 7 Cafeteria.
