This is a really peaceful seaside location, with between 4-9 bars/restaurants (dependant upon the season) , doctors, chemist, 3 convenience stores, gift shops, 2 fresh fishmongers, post office, fresh bakery and a bank with cashpoint facilities.
There is also a communal swimming pool located in the development for the use of the tenants. The beach is less than 10 meters away from the front of the apartment block, and again there are several other beaches in the area within a short distance. This is an ideal base to discover the beautiful and well known Alpujarras, Granada (and the stunning Alhambra Palace), the Sierra Nevada Skiing Region, a number of Water Parks within 40 mins drive, Guadix (Mini Hollywood), just to name a few! The apartment sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. Infants can be accommodated with the use of a cot, at an extra cost. Good sized fully tiled and equipped main bathroom comes with a full sized bath, bide, toilet, washbasin with mirror and shower.En-suite bathroom has shower, wasbasin with mirror, bide and toilet.The lounge dining area is in excess of 16 feet and from the double patio doors you can look out over the Mediterranean Sea, and towards the African coastline. This apartment is frontline and South facing. Parking (free of charge) is available around this hamlet, which is a real bonus, considering parking is chargeable in many of the other over developed Costa resorts in Southern Spain.
This is a very well appointed apartment in excellent condition, and is in a superbly sought after tranquil region, which will prove an ideal retreat for someone looking for total peace and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of busy city life.
